Check these boxes
Save password
Auto Save Configuration

Then click on SAVE button and OK

Log on to FTP program
On Main FTP panel choose OPTIONS, Then Program Options

Check these options
Show Full Directory Info
Auto Save Host Configuration
Verify Deletions
Show Connect Dialog on Start Up

Text Viewer notepad (write it in if necessary)
IMPORTANT In lower left hand corner under Double Click
Check VIEW

Click SAVE button and exit options
